The Durham Farmers’ Market hosts several seasonal events including our Tomato Tasting Day, Halloween Vendor Costume Contest, and much more. These events are designed to be fun, educational, and help connect food-lovers of all ages to local food.

Join us for a special farmers' market just in time for the loveliest holiday of the year - Valentine's Day. We'll have everything you need to make your loved one's day brighter, including beautiful bouquets, tasty treats and much, much more. We'll also have special Valentine's Day cards available for you to pick up at the Info Table.

Winter Salad Cooking Demo!

Join wonderful DFM volunteer Nicole Cardon for a seasonal cooking demo and learn to make crispy kale and sweet potato salad. Nicole will be on hand to answer your questions and provide you with tasty samples. Recipe cards will be available so you can make this meal at home, too. Bundle up and join us at the market for this fun event!
