The Durham Farmers’ Market hosts several seasonal events including our Tomato Tasting Day, Halloween Vendor Costume Contest, and much more. These events are designed to be fun, educational, and help connect food-lovers of all ages to local food.

Learn about trees & clean air!

Girl Scout Cadettes from Troop 1621 would like you to stop by and learn about the importance of trees in our world. Check out a pair of homemade lungs, watch a short video on how carbon dioxide levels vary from season to season and pick up an informational brochure.

Learn about bees!

The Durham County Beekeepers Association will bring an observation hive with live honeybees, bee and pollinator information to the Market. Bring your questions and learn about the importance of bees in our world!

Family Field Day!

Join us for an old-school, family-friendly field day event hosted by The 360 Approach a wellness studio located adjacent to Durham Central Park.
