Millefiori is dedicated to exceptional craft baking that is 100% gluten-free. Meg uses her background in food science and food history to develop innovative recipes using heirloom, local, and other whole-food ingredients, applying heritage methods from around the world such as special cooking techniques and fermentation to bring out the best qualities of the ingredients. Meg’s specialty is sourdough and wild yeast breads, but she also delights in making a variety of pastries, cakes, and other treats, including options that accommodate multiple dietary needs.
