Wednesday Market is OPEN Today, October 12, 3pm – 6pm

Join us TODAY for our last Midweek Market of the season!

It’s been wonderful to spend Wednesday afternoons with you this season. Wednesday Market will be back in April, and until then you can bet we’ll be here Saturdays from 8am-12pm throughout the year. Thanks to everyone who has come to support the midweek market this season, and for shopping locally for your fresh produce, local meats, and goods.

Special thanks to the Museum of Life and Science for joining us with kids activities throughout the season. Visit their table from 3-5pm today and learn all about the various root systems of plants!

Thanks also to our talented musicians who have come out to delight us with some incredible tunes. This week, Stephan Hermann will be providing market music!

So what’s available at market today? Check out the link below to find the list of vendors coming to market today! And here are just a few of the things you’ll want to come scoop up and take home this week: Persimmons, beets, salad turnips, butternut squash, bok choy, spinach, late season watermelon, kale, collards, sweet potatoes, fall squash, classic and mini eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, cantaloupe, apples, pears, okra, pumpkins, tomatoes, jams, flower bouquets, bacon, hot dogs and sausages, canned dry & barrel-aged and bottled ciders, freshly baked sandwich bread, baguettes, and sweet and savory pastries…oh my!
