Melina’s Fresh Pasta prepares pasta, ravioli, sauces and baked pasta meals for sale at farmers’ markets in the Triangle or by special order. Our recipes are based on authentic Italian methods and traditions – using the freshest ingredients prepared simply. Organic ricotta and RBST free cheeses are used in all pastas. Ravioli fillings are made with fresh produce and very minimal ingredients. Most pastas average less than six ingredients.
